How much does it actually cost?
Currently we are running a 1 month free Pro Plan without any cost. Normally, It is $50/month flat for the early bird tier unlimited team members, unlimited jobs. Regular price after the early bird window is $100/month. There's a free tier with five active jobs if you want to try it first, no credit card needed. No per-seat pricing. No annual contract required. Cancel any time from inside the app.
Am I locked in?
No. Month to month. Export all your candidate data as CSV the day you cancel. We don't hold your pipeline hostage.
How accurate is the AI scoring? I don't trust AI hiring tools.
Fair, most founders shouldn't. The score is a starting point, not a verdict. Every candidate gets a paragraph explaining the score so you can see what the model picked up on. If you disagree, override in one click. You make every hire decision yourself.
Does it work with Gmail and Google Calendar?
Yes, day one. Outlook works too. LinkedIn doesn't have a public API so we can't pull DMs directly, but the inbox catches LinkedIn replies once a candidate emails you back.
How long does setup take?
Average is 14 minutes from signup to your first scored candidate. Paste a JD, invite your team, connect Gmail, post the role. If you've used Workable or Lever, the UI will feel familiar.
